Built to close
the placement gap
Rabtive is an AI-powered internship management platform connecting students, companies, and universities — with full transparency at every step.
Internships shouldn't depend
on who you know
Most internship placements happen through networks and referrals — leaving out students who lack connections. Rabtive replaces luck with intelligence: semantic AI that ranks candidates by actual fit, not by who sent the email.
We also solve the administrative nightmare: daily diaries, weekly mentor feedback, and Form E generation — all automated, all in one place.
Students
Find matched internships, track progress, earn Form E
Companies
Post roles, rank AI-screened applicants, evaluate interns
Institutes
Monitor placements, verify diaries, maintain records
