These terms govern your use of Rabtive. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Acceptance of Terms
- By creating an account or using Rabtive, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- If you are registering on behalf of an institution or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
- We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it updated.
- You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts for the same individual.
- Report unauthorized access immediately to security@Rabtive.app.
3. Student Obligations
- Uploaded resumes and profile information must be accurate and truthful.
- Daily diary entries must reflect genuine work activity during the internship.
- Submitting false logs or forged documents is grounds for immediate account termination.
- You retain ownership of your resume and profile data.
4. Company Obligations
- Internship postings must describe genuine, legal employment opportunities.
- Companies must provide honest feedback and timely evaluations.
- Misrepresenting role details or qualifications is a breach of these terms.
- Companies may not use student data for any purpose outside the Rabtive platform.
5. Institute Obligations
- Institutes must verify only diaries and records they have genuine supervisory authority over.
- Institute accounts may not be used to approve placements at unaffiliated entities.
- All Form E records verified through Rabtive carry the institute's formal endorsement.
6. AI Matching & Accuracy
- Rabtive's AI engine provides recommendations; it does not guarantee employment outcomes.
- Match scores are probabilistic and based on available profile data — not assessments of personal character.
- Companies retain full discretion in hiring decisions regardless of AI ranking.
7. Intellectual Property
- Rabtive's platform, codebase, design, and AI models are proprietary.
- User-submitted content (resumes, diaries) remains owned by the submitting user.
- By uploading content you grant Rabtive a limited licence to process and display it within the platform.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion.
- You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
- Upon termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Rabtive is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- We are not liable for missed placements, lost opportunities, or inaccurate AI recommendations.
- Total liability in any dispute is capped at the amount paid to us in the prior 12 months (currently $0 for free accounts).
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration before resorting to court proceedings.
